This policy explains what Herman Phillips (“we”) collects when you visit hermanphillips.com or buy from us, why we collect it, and who we share it with. Herman Phillips is based in California, USA.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: your browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived (for example, the site or campaign link that sent you). Our web host also records IP addresses in its server logs.
- If you sign up for email updates: your email address.
- If you email us: your email address and your message.
Cookies and browser storage
- Cookies whose names start with
sbjs_, set by our store software (WooCommerce), record how you arrived at the site (the referring site and any campaign tags), how many times you’ve visited, and your browser type, so we can see which channels lead to orders. - Store cookies keep your cart and checkout working.
- A script from Hostinger Reach, our email signup service, stores data in your browser and sends information to Hostinger’s servers.
We don’t currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site advertising cookies.
How we use it
To make and ship your order, send order updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud, understand which pages and channels work, and, if you signed up, send email updates you can unsubscribe from at any time. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
- Tapstitch, which prints and ships your order: your name, contact details, shipping address, and order details.
- Our payment processor, to take your payment.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and runs our email and email signups.
- Government authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for taxes, accounting, and handling claims about orders. Email signups are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Email support@hermanphillips.com to ask what personal information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We’ll respond within 45 days.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The cart may not work without them.
- Our site doesn’t currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
- This store isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
